Vishal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (B.Sc CS), which provided him with a solid technical background. Before transitioning to UI/UX design, he worked as a customer care executive at Jio. This role honed his communication and problem-solving skills, which later helped him understand user needs—a key aspect of creating user-friendly digital solutions.
Vishal discovered Engineer Sahab Education, a renowned UI/UX Design Institute in Indore, and enrolled in their 20-week UI/UX design course. The course was structured to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry requirements. Through hands-on projects, workshops, and mentorship, Vishal was able to sharpen his skills and gain practical experience, preparing him for the job market.
At Engineer Sahab Education, the personalized guidance and support from his trainers were instrumental in Vishal’s growth. At Appson Technologies, Vishal is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences. His role involves conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience, creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize the application structure, and working on the visual design aspects to ensure the projects align with the brand’s identity. He collaborates closely with developers and product managers to ensure the designs are feasible and meet project goals. After the designs are implemented, he conducts usability testing to assess the user experience and identify areas for improvement. Vishal is also dedicated to continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends and tools to enhance his skills further.
