Jaya has a background in computer science and has always been interested in technology and design. However, she discovered the potential of design to solve real-world problems and found her niche in UI/UX design, which combines her technical skills with her interest in user behavior.
Jaya enrolled at Engineer Sahab Education to improve her skills and transition into UI/UX design. There, she was mentored by experienced professionals like Rakesh Sir and Aman Sir, who guided her through the intricacies of user-centered design. “Their mentorship was incredibly inspiring. They helped me channel my technical skills into functional designs,” she recalls.
During her training at Engineer Sahab Education, Jaya worked on practical projects that improved her design thinking and technical skills. She found the environment to be supportive and collaborative. Jaya gained knowledge from both her mentors and her peers, which she found to be a valuable and enriching experience.
Jaya has worked on a variety of projects, including mobile app interfaces and web design. This allowed her to try out different tools and techniques. Her portfolio, which demonstrated her ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs, was an important asset in her job search.
After finishing her training, Jaya felt more confident as she started looking for a job. The support she received from Engineer Sahab Education in finding a placement played a big part in her job search. They gave her the help and advice she needed, making the whole process easier. “I felt ready for interviews and was able to explain my work effectively,” she says.
Jaya worked hard and eventually became a UI/UX Designer. Getting the job offer was a big moment for her career and made her believe in her abilities even more. “I was so happy! It felt like all my hard work had finally paid off,” she said with a smile.
In her current job, Jaya conducts user research, designs wireframes, and creates prototypes to improve the overall user experience. Her technical background helps her bring a unique perspective to her work. She enjoys working with developers to bring her designs to life.
Jaya advises aspiring UI/UX designers to embrace their creativity and keep learning. She suggests staying curious and open to feedback, as every project provides an opportunity for growth. Her journey from a passionate learner to a UI/UX Designer demonstrates the importance of dedication, training, and support in achieving goals.
